Ingredients:
350 g buckwheat flour
90 g wheat flour
2 eggs
2 large apples
1 teaspoon salt
250 g fresh cheese (cottage cheese)
200 g sour cream (to be used at the end)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Grated lemon zest
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour the mixture into a baking dish greased with lard or another fat. Smooth the surface and pour 200 ml sour cream over it. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes. After baking, you can sprinkle sugar on top or add a bit more sour cream before serving.
