Acin Salaš – Traditional Rural Farmstead

In the vast plains of Slavonia, in the village of Tordinci, lies a true Šokac estate where everything is steeped in tradition – Acin Salaš. Here, you can still see traditional structures characteristic of old farmsteads, or "salaš": granaries, barns, pigsties, horse stables, a well with a sweep, bread ovens, smokehouses, sheepfolds... The property is enriched by various domestic animals: chickens, geese, ducks, pigs...

The food is prepared in the old, traditional Šokac way and is a true gastronomic delight. The restaurant hall has a capacity of 70 guests, while the outdoor covered terrace can accommodate up to 250 people. The estate’s offer is complemented by homemade plum brandy (šljivovica), cherry liqueur (višnjevac), walnut liqueur (orahovac), and other traditional homemade alcoholic beverages produced on the estate in the old-fashioned way.

Slavonian customs serve as the foundation for numerous interesting and engaging events organized thematically (e.g., Slavonian pig slaughter festivals) or to celebrate holidays and special occasions, enhancing the experience of life in a traditional Šokac household.

The estate offers relaxation opportunities such as horseback riding, carriage or wagon rides, tennis, volleyball, soccer, or bocce, as well as activities for children and other amenities available on this expansive property.
