Restaurant Salvator, named after Archduke Leopold Salvator, whose name was also once used for the main square in Samobor until 1929, is located in the space of the former Samobor Brewery.
The restaurant takes pride in its signature dishes, offering traditional homemade meals prepared in the old-fashioned way, alongside an expanded menu that follows modern trends.
Restaurant Salvator is perfect for intimate dinners, as well as for groups, gatherings, and families with children.
House traditional specialties:
- Veal shank with roasted potatoes
- Boiled smoked pork hock with sautéed potatoes and stewed sour cabbage
- Samobor-style chop with potato wedges
- Samobor garlic sausages with sautéed potatoes and stewed cabbage
The restaurant also offers vegetarian dishes.

- Tuesday – Friday: 11:00 – 22:00
- Saturday: 12:00 – 22:00
- Sunday: 12:00 – 19:00
Reservations and advance notice for larger groups are recommended.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
