Hotel Dunav

The small family hotel Dunav proudly sits on the banks of the Danube River, offering a unique atmosphere surrounded by greenery in an oasis of peace and quiet, beneath the majestic fortress and medieval core of the town of Ilok, dominated by the Church of St. John of Capistrano. It has 5 double rooms, 9 single rooms, and 2 apartments.

The restaurant accommodates 180 guests, featuring a separate VIP section and a winter terrace with 20 seats overlooking the Danube. Summer terraces, shaded by centuries-old plane trees, can host 120 guests and provide refuge even during the hottest summer months. The hotel also includes a fully equipped smaller conference room for about fifty people. Adjacent to the hotel is a tennis court and a private parking lot for buses. Moored in front of the hotel on the Danube is the Danubius catamaran, the first river tourist boat on the Danube. Built at the end of 2010, it has been part of the tourist offer, either independently or in combination with other services of Hotel Dunav. Adjacent to the hotel is a dock for passenger riverboats. The gastronomic offer focuses on dishes from the Ilok region, particularly featuring specialties of river fish, complemented by a rich selection of wines from local Ilok winemakers.
