Catfish with bacon

CATFISH WITH BACON

Ingredients:

  • 800 g catfish fillet
  • 250 g millet
  • 50 g kale
  • 20 g garlic
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Season the catfish fillet with salt, wrap it with thin slices of bacon, and grill it briefly on both sides.
  2. Briefly boil the millet in salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain and rinse it.
  3. Slice the kale into strips, blanch it briefly, then drain and rinse it in cold water.
  4. In a pan, quickly sauté the garlic in oil, then add the cooked kale and millet. Season everything with salt and pepper.
