Family tradition since 1838. The restaurant is decorated with antique furniture and historical paintings.
The building was constructed in 1920. It preserves Croatian history through images and historical materials (gatherings, hunting trophies, etc.).
In 1994 and 1998, it hosted Pope John Paul II, and in 2011, it prepared lunch for Pope Benedict.
The restaurant also houses a museum of gastronomy, with the largest private collection, including over 3,000 cookbooks and 2,000 menus, along with 1,000 tourist guides.
Additionally, there is a wine cellar where champagne is opened with a saber.
