Hotel Balatura offers wonderful vegetarian dishes (with vegan or gluten-free options available) made from ingredients sourced from our valley. Everything is organic, sustainable, fresh, and delicious. We combine local recipes with modern cooking techniques.

Our head chef, Helena Šisl, is the culinary heart of our hotel. She brings extensive experience from her career, having mastered both local and international techniques before joining us. Her sunny personality, openness, and inclusive energy can be felt in every dish. We are very grateful that she has found her way to Hotel Balatura.
