Rural household Stara Preša

The rural household is located in the village of Šenkovec, about thirty kilometers west of Zagreb, right on the border with Slovenia. The hospitality offer mainly consists of simple traditional specialties prepared according to old family recipes. The estate covers 1.7 hectares of land, which houses the restaurant and a large wine cellar, unique to this area.

The household can accommodate 220 guests in the enclosed spaces of the restaurant (80 guests) and the wine cellar (140 guests), while two summer terraces provide seating for 50 people. You can enjoy the fresh air on the two summer terraces, a small viewpoint, a gazebo, and benches by two lakes. You can take a walk past the vegetable garden, through the vineyard, and inside a smaller orchard. Young guests can enjoy the playground or feed the donkey Veseljko, ducks, and geese.
