Restaurant Djed

Restaurant Djed is located at the top of the hill of the same name in the town of Hrvatska Kostajnica, at the foot of Zrinska gora. From the restaurant's terrace, guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley of the Una River. This region is rich in sweet chestnuts, and many of the restaurant’s specialties are based on this nutritious and delicious autumn fruit. Along with chestnut dishes, the restaurant offers a wide variety of traditional meals and grilled dishes, which pair excellently with a large selection of homemade rakija, white and red wines. Upon request, they also prepare lamb or roasted piglet on a spit for larger groups of guests.
